Villa Paradiso lies in calm rural surroundings on the outskirts of the fishing village of Campomarino. The stylish Villa Paradiso is a true rustic get-away with expansive private grounds and all amenities. The Villa has three bedrooms over two floors, two bathrooms each with shower, toilet, bidet, sink as well as a useful additional outside shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in cupboards, hobs, oven, fridge and dishwasher. The dining table in the kitchen-living space seats 10 under the romantic vaulted ceiling built with regional Tufo stone. However, the favourite spot to dine remains the terrace outside. A comfortable seating area invites you to spend time in the living room in front of the crackling open fire, enjoying the view of the green, unspoiled surroundings. The many tall trees on the vast garden grounds of the Villa Paradiso provide cool and shady spots for a lunchtime siesta. A large brick-built Pizza oven and barbeque lie behind the house and are calling for culinary feasts. The house is air-conditioned. Round the house you see nothing but vineyards, grasslands and olive groves – an ideal place to rest and relax, and for that there are plenty of sun-loungers and garden furniture. The lovely sandy beach that lies in front of Count D’Ayala’s estate is only 950 meters away; with the bicycles provided free of charge to our guests you are at the crystal clear Ionian sea in only few minutes.
The master-bedroom lies on the ground floor and is furnished in a rustic country style with an iron double bed frame. Another two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, accessed via a spiral staircase in the main living space. One of these rooms has a double bed while the other contains two single beds as well as a bunkbed.
In the house there are two bathrooms each with shower, toilet, bidet, sink. The first is on the ground floor next to the master bedroom. The second is shared by the two bedrooms of the lower ground floor. With these two bathrooms and the additional outside showers there is never a bottleneck at peak times.
Villa Paradiso is finished in rustic country house style with much attention to detail. A satellite TV provides both Astra and Hotbird programs. The modern kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you might need to feed a hungry family. The terraces and garden spaces around the house are perfect for sunbathing; there are plenty of sun loungers. In the large garden there are also many shady spots to play, chat or relax after a round of table tennis.
This house offers endless space, nature and calm – all that just 950 metres from a fantastic natural beach.
The shops and restaurants of Maruggio and Campomarino are only 2.5km away. In the peak months July and August, Italian holidaymakers transform the seaside Campomarino into a lively resort. In the low seasons there are only a handful of shops and restaurants open. But the main town of Maruggio is ‘open’ all year. This charming Apulian town and its friendly and helpful inhabitants provide all that is needed: Supermarkets, butchers, bakers, petrol stations, Cafes, doctors, pharmacies. There is even a go-cart track and you can go horse riding.

Being mobile is everything
Should you arrive by plane or train and prefer not to drive yourself we can pick you up at the airport or train station for a small charge that covers driver and petrol. Because of the rural location of our holiday homes we do recommend to have some form of transport at your disposal. Bicycles are provided free of charge and this is enough for smaller shopping trips and local exploration. Car rental is best done directly at the airports of Bari or Brindisi where all main rental firms are represented. If you like we offer two scooters for rent with which you can enjoy excursions into the local surroundings. Please ask for availability and terms and conditions.
Internet
If you need to access the internet during your stay we offer a special service to our clients. You can rent a USB internet stick for a one off fee of €20 per stay plus a daily fee of €1 for carrier charges. Download up to 2GB of data in a 4 week period with this service. Just insert the USB stick in you laptop to get started, you need never be left out of touch.
Golf
You will find no less than 5 well groomed golf course within about 100km of our holiday homes, each set in spectacular landscape, 4 of these are 18 hole courses. We can happily send you more information.

The indicated prices apply per night for up to 4 guests; for each additional person of 3 years and older you will be charged 10 € extra per night; 5 € for children under 3 years.

Should you need it we supply baby cots free of charge
For a stay of 3 weeks or more we apply a 5% discount to the rental cost.
Arrival and departure day: flexible
Minimal rental period: 7 days, excapt in low season.
Unfortunately we can only accommodate smaller pets in the low season at a small addition to the one-off laundry and cleaning cost.
