'Le Stelle' - Residence 'La Madonnina' - Apt. #3
Since Pentecost 2010, we offer you a new jewel in the series of our vacation homes. The Residence 'La Madonnina' is a large house in a green environment with three very comfortable holiday apartments. Two of these apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with modern open kitchen. The third apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and living room with open kitchen. For all three apartments a room with washing machine and dryer is available as well as two outside showers.
Apartment # 3 "Le Stelle" (1 bedroom, 1 bath) is located on the mezzanine floor. The spacious, bright living / dining room has several windows to the south and east. The modern kitchen with dishwasher and oven is integrated into the living room. The master bedroom with en-suite-bathroom has its own small private terrace with seating. From the living room a spiral staircase gives access to the own roof terrace with dining area and sun beds. From here you can see the Ionian sea. There is also another shady seating in front of the living room.
The beautiful sandy beach in front of the Residence La Madonnina is only a short walk away. The huge ground of "La Madonnina" is completely quiet in very green surroundings.

Rates quoted are per night for 4 people. For each additional person over 3 years 10 € will be charged extra per night, 5 € for children under 3 years.
For cleaning and laundry a lump sum of 70 € has to be paid.
At these prices absolutely everything is included: gas, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, bath and beach towels, bicycles, table tennis ...
We can allow small pets only at an extra charge above the normal costs of cleaning and only in the low season.
