'La Luna' - Residence 'La Madonnina' - Apt. #1
Since Pentecost 2010, we offer you a new jewel in the series of our vacation homes. The Residence 'La Madonnina' is a large house in a green environment with three very comfortable holiday apartments. Two of these apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with modern open kitchen. The third apartment has one bedroom, bathroom and living room with open kitchen. For all three apartments a room with washing machine and dryer is available as well as two outside showers.
The Apartment 'La Luna' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms) is located in the basement. A convenient ramp leads from the garden down to the terrace facing south where the main entrance to this apartment. The front bedroom is wheelchair accessible with in-suite-bathroom and access to the terrace. The open kitchen and the second bedroom with on-suite-bathroom are in the back of the house. The rooms are completely and tastefully decorated with all essential items for your holidays. Beside the sunny terrace, there is also a beautiful and peaceful place with garden furniture under a large Pine tree providing shadow when needed.
The beautiful sandy beach in front of the Residence La Madonnina is only a short walk away. The huge ground of "La Madonnina" is completely quiet in very green surroundings.

Rates quoted are per night for 4 people. For each additional person over 3 years 10 € will be charged extra per night, 5 € for children under 3 years.
For cleaning and laundry a lump sum of 80 € has to be paid.
At these prices absolutely everything is included: gas, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, bath and beach towels, bicycles, table tennis ...
We can allow small pets only at an extra charge above the normal costs of cleaning and only in the low season.
