'Il Sole' - Residence 'La Madonnina' - Apt. #2

The Residence 'La Madonnina' is a large house in a green environment with three very comfortable holiday apartments. Two of these apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with modern open kitchen. The third apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and living room with open kitchen. For all three apartments a room with washing machine and dryer is available as well as two outside showers.

The Apartment # 2 "Il Sole" (two bedrooms, two bathrooms) is a duplex apartment situated on the south side of the house. The wide and comfortable stairs lead into the bright living-/dining room with a large window front towards the generous south terrace with a luxury seating group and additionally an outside dining place. Behind the living room is the first  bedroom with a four-poster-bed, in-suite-bathroom and a nice, total private terrace.. Adjacent is the open "American" kitchen with dishwasher and oven. The second bedroom is reached via a spiral staircase from the living room in the basement and also has an en-suite-bathroom. 'Il Sole' has its own large roof terrace with seating  and sun loungers. From here you have a wonderful view on the sea.

The beautiful sandy beach in front of the Residence La Madonnina is only a short walk away. The huge ground of "La Madonnina" is completely quiet in very green surroundings.
