Situated on a wide strip of dunes, the Casetta Sandra, a comfortable 1-bedroom appartment, is only about 200 steps away from the lovely natural beach of the Ionian Sea.
It features a stylish bedroom with a wrought-iron double bed and a modern kitchen with a dining area and a cosy sofa to relax, read or watch satellite television.
You can also eat outside on the patio in the garden or on the roof terrace, while enjoying the view over the nearby Mediterranean Sea.
The property is completely enclosed for your safety and that of your children, with parking space for your car. Air-conditioning in summer and heating in the colder months ensure your comfort during the stay. The Casetta Sandra is ideal for couples or young parents with a small child. A cot is available.
MONACO MIRANTE
The quiet little agglomeration of Monaco Mirante lies on the Gulf of Taranto, 3 km southeast of the beach resort and small seaport Campomarino, on the Ionian Sea. Casetta Sandra is surrounded by a coastal landscape: dunes, beach and sea in the front, gardens, vineyards and olive groves at the back. On narrow streets winding their way through vinyards and olive trees hundreds of years old, you can reach the typical Apulian town of Maruggio with its friendly and hospitable inhabitants in a few minutes by bicycle. Here, you find all you need for your vacation. The larger cities of Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi, all well worth a visit, are less than 1 hour by car away. Coming from the north (Rome, Napoli, Bari), you follow the Adriatic highway all the way to Taranto, then it is less than an hour to Monaco Mirante. The airports of Brindisi and Bari are about 60 or 100 mins respectively away.

If you arrive by plane or train and do not want to rent a car, we can arrange for you to be picked you up at the airport or station (at cost price, petrol and driver). We do recommend for you get your own mode of transport. We provide you with bicycles (inclusive), which are perfect for smaller tours and the daily shopping.

The indicated prices apply per night for up to 2 people. For each further person from 3 years, an additional 10 € apply per night; 5 € for children under 3 years.
For cleaning and laundry, a flat fee of 60 € is to be paid.
