Casa Rosa offers three bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom, a living room with dining table at the open fireplace with access to the kitchen. There is a roofed dining area on the terrace at the entrance to the house. Casa Rosa has its own, completely enclosed large plot of land with many flowers, bushes and trees. Here your children can certainly play freely, and there is sufficient space for your car. In the cooler months, you can heat the house up with a romantically flickering fireplace fire.
The house offers three bedrooms. In the first bedroom, there is a large double bed and in the second bedroom two single beds, that can be put together. In the third bedroom there are three single beds. As required the possibility exists to provide a cot. The rooms are bright and light floods through, airy curtains filter the all too harsh noon sun. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
In addition to the complete bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, and sink there is also another very practical shower in the yard. Of course the house has its own washing machine for guests to use.
Casa Rosa lies only 250 steps of the beautiful beach under environmental protection at the Ionian sea.

The indicated prices apply per night for up to 4 people. For each further person from 3 years, an additional 10 € apply per night; 5 € for children under 3 years.
For cleaning and laundry, a flat fee of 80 € is to be paid.
